Golf India November flight & feast evening at DIGBY’s , Sherburn Aero Club.

The runway has been cleared for take off and we can’t wait to welcome you at passport control.

A first class gin cocktail by The Gin Shack team will greet you on arrival, where you’ll be guided to your reserved seats.

Alice’s menu has been carefully paired with three unique gins for you to enjoy.

During the flight, your captain will divert your attention now and again with some GINformation, but we won’t detour from the GIN flight path for too long!

Boarding passes are £50 pp and include:

Welcome drink plus three gins (including mixers/garnish), starter, sharing main course and dessert, which will be served with each gin.

MENU:

Arancini

Garlic, lemon, thyme and parmesan with a rich tomato sauce

Porchetta

Home reared belly of pork stuffed with Italian herbs and garlic served with a salsa Verde, with rosemary roasted baby potatoes and a radicchio apple pomegranate and hazelnut salad.

Homegrown yorkshire Rhubarb and ginger cheesecake

Served with a gin chaser
